Chocolate Fountains rental agreement is for the day of the event stated in the rental contract.

Chocolate Fountains requires a $200.00 deposit to secure a fountain rental for the specified event on the specified day of the event.  Chocolate Fountains accepts cash, check or secure on-line payment through PayPal as valid forms of payment.  If payment is by PayPal, upon receipt of an order, the client's PayPal account will be charged for the $200.00 deposit.  Upon approval of the PayPal charge, the specified event will be considered confirmed.  If payment is by cash or check, the required deposit amount is due upon confirmation of availability for the specified date of the event.  ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION.  Deposits will be credited to the total amount of the rental with the final balance due two (2) weeks prior to the event.

The Chocolate Fountain will be delivered by Chocolate Fountains personnel on the day of the event, in advance of the start of the event.  The rental price of the Chocolate Fountain is good for events up to four (4) hours and includes the fountain, Chocolate Fountain personnel to deliver, setup, prepare, operate and clean the fountain as well as dipping chocolate of your choice, skewer sticks and toothpicks.  An additional hourly fee of $45.00 applies to all events in excess of four (4) hours.

A delivery fee will be added to the rental price of the fountain depending on the delivery location.  The client will be notified in advance if a delivery charge applies before being charged.

Rental price does not include the cost for additional dipping items.
